Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare sales tax returns and regulatory filings
- Support audits by providing documentation and analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Familiarity with GAAP and tax regulations
