Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads on financial strategy
- Maintain accurate general ledger and reconciliation records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
