Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
