Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports for stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
- Oversee payroll processing with our unique weekly pay structure
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Implement process optimizations to enhance financial efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
