Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis for financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audit preparation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with remote work tools and self-directed time management
