Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with strict attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
