Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and laws.
- Perform internal audits and financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and local tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
