Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles to optimize cash flow
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations across GL, bank, and subsidiary accounts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during examinations and provide requested documentation
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
