Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations efficiently.
- Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliations and account analysis.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and year-end audits.
- Maintain the general ledger and fixed asset schedules with precision.
- Collaborate with management to optimize cash flow and financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA certification is preferred but not strictly required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in general accounting.
