Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse client portfolios including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory accuracy
- Lead tax preparation activities for corporate and individual clients utilizing advanced software platforms
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize cash flow and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting forecasting initiatives
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed financial records using QuickBooks and advanced ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance teams
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VBA/advanced functions), and accounting software
- Proven track record in tax preparation, audit compliance, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing and stakeholder interactions
