- Manage general ledger accounts and monthly/quarterly reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
