Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Conduct financial audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Lead month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100+)
- Demonstrated success in financial reporting, audits, and compliance management
