Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Ohio tax regulations a plus
