Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial reporting cycles and ensure timely month-end closes
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analyses for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial audits
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Support tax preparation processes during weekend work periods
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing and reconciliation
