- Process and reconcile weekend transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare monthly financial statements and weekend-specific accounting reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend shifts
- Assist with payroll processing for weekend staff
- Conduct weekend audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for weekend accounting tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with multi-location accounting systems
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday)
