Responsibilities
- Manage and process weekly accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform monthly and weekly bank reconciliations to ensure financial statement integrity.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll processing and tax filings.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for fiscal records.
- Conduct internal audits and verify expense reports submitted by department heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
