Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly financial reconciliations for various accounts, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and regulatory reports.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday/Sunday).
