Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for 50+ clients
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and compliance audits
- Maintain digital ledger systems using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with weekday team on financial strategy
- Implement internal controls for weekend operations
- Train on new accounting software and regulatory updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun, 7am-4pm)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client visits
