Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with weekend transaction cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Conduct weekend-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end audits with weekend support
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-departmental financial projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong weekend availability and flexibility for shift work
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
