Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal control audits
- Support tax preparation processes and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with department heads on budget forecasting and financial modeling
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain digital and physical financial documentation with meticulous record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
