Responsibilities
- Manage weekend reconciliation of financial accounts and transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Process payroll and vendor payments during weekend shifts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support cross-departmental financial reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience (part-time acceptable)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
