Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Process payroll and expense reports with strict attention to deadlines
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-5pm)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
