Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions across client accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Conduct weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
