Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts during weekend shifts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision and timeliness
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless financial operations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for efficient data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekdays
