Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend-specific deadlines
- Conduct month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial operations
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Experience with financial reporting in a team environment
