Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable processes during weekend shifts
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend deadlines
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings for weekend operations
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance reporting
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend schedules
- Assist with weekend audit preparations and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) mandatory
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
