Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with weekend tax preparation documentation
- Implement weekend inventory valuation procedures
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 7AM-4PM)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
