Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions using QuickBooks and SAP
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend hours
- Conduct weekend audits and compliance checks
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Implement weekend-specific financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks and SAP proficiency mandatory
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun, 8AM-5PM)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables/VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Texas CPA license preferred
