- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts

- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare financial statements for executive review
- Support tax preparation and filing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekends
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
