Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and weekend transaction summaries
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of KY state tax regulations
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
