Responsibilities
- Execute accurate month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable transactions on weekends
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for real-time data analysis
- Support weekend audit preparations and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years' experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
