Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend processing deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven weekend shift availability (non-negotiable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions (international exposure a plus)
