Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
