Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with federal and state tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
