Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Support the month-end closing process and assist with financial reporting.
- Filing, scanning, and archiving tax documents and invoices.
- Learn and utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
- Prepare basic financial spreadsheets and reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
