Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with GAAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
