Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable during night shift hours
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP)
- Night shift availability mandatory
