Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state-specific tax regulations in Missouri
- Implement daily pay solutions for client payroll processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a multi-client environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software

- Experience with daily payroll processing and cash flow management
