Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger and financial reporting systems.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to improve operational efficiency and control environments.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or a similar role.
- CPA, CMA, or Enrolled Agent certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
