Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Assist with local and federal tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
