Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records using QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel.
