Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Respond to general accounting inquiries from internal departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Willingness to obtain relevant accounting certifications (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel certification).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- No prior professional experience required; we train the right candidates.
