Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex account reconciliations and audit schedules
- Lead process improvements for accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting

- Drive month-end closing procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public/private accounting
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Big Four or mid-size public accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
