Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Support the internal audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with tax professionals during tax season.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working towards certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
