As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Support the external audit process and maintain accurate audit trails.
- Review and process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office.
