Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting.
- Support the tax team with the collection and organization of documentation for tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- CPA certification or CPA candidacy is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
