Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Process payroll accurately and assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in the internal and external audit processes as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience (immediate start candidates encouraged).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
