Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank transactions
- Oversee payroll processing with daily pay implementation
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budget planning
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (QuickBooks Pro)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and Excel advanced functions
