Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance (federal/state)
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial reporting
- Maintain accurate client financial records in QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of tax regulations (federal/state)
- Certification (CPA/CMA) preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with zero-error financial reporting
