Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct monthly/quarterly reconciliations and financial audits
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Implement and optimize accounting processes using QuickBooks
- Support tax preparation and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
